“When a man recovers from his issue, he shall count seven days for his purification; He will wash his clothes and bathe in running water, and he will be clean.

On the eighth day he will take two turtledoves or two young pigeons and go before the Lord, at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, and give them to the priest.

The priest will sacrifice them, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, and thus make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the man because of the issue.

“When the semen comes out of a man, he shall bathe his whole body with water, and he shall be unclean until evening.

Any item of clothing or leather with semen on it will be washed with water and will remain unclean until evening.

Any bed she lies on while her flow continues will be unclean, as is her bed during her menstruation, and whatever she sits on will be unclean, as during her menstruation.

Whoever touches any of these things will be unclean; He will wash his clothes and bathe in water, and he will be unclean until evening.

“When you recover from your issue, you will count seven days, and after that you will be pure.

This is the regulation regarding the man who has a flow and the one from whom the semen comes out, becoming impure,

of the woman in her menstruation, of the man or woman who has a discharge, and of the man who lies with a woman who is unclean.
