To preach liberty to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Luke 4:19

Lord God, I seek you at this moment for the prayer of Freedom, because this was possible through the cross of Christ. Without it, no person on this earth could be saved, all those born of man. The cross was the antidote so that sin would no longer exist in the future eternal kingdom.. I thank Jesus for coming to earth and preaching the great freedom that has transformed the lives of all people from Adam to the present moment.

I thank you, O Father, for the forgiveness of my sins, for the gift of life and for your immense mercy. I am very grateful, but from now on I ask forgiveness for my sins, because I want to be right before you, so that no weight may overwhelm my soul. I thank you that Jesus became flesh, dwelt among us, preached liberty to the captives, restored sight to the blind, and set at liberty those who were oppressed.. I am grateful for the privilege of the Freedom prayer, because the Lord exalted me, placing me on high, even though I did not deserve it.

O God, I thank You that I am not a slave to the world, but a slave to the Cross. I desire to be a faithful servant. May I love the truth, may I love to preach about You. I know, my God, that Christ laid aside His robes of majesty to dwell among us, full of love and truth. His grace shone in the hearts of all who met Him. Even those who rejected Him felt a spark of His glory. I know, my God, that the cross of Calvary is the height of salvation.. I know it was the greatest act of love that the Lord could do for a human being. I am grateful for the prayer that Christ made for me. I thank you for the loving prayer of freedom that Jesus prayed.

I know, O Holy One of Israel, that salvation came with Christ, manifesting Himself in the flesh and coming down to earth, giving His life on the cross of Golgotha. There, what seemed tragic was exactly what the world needed: redemption.

So Lord, be part of my life, be part of every cell in my body, be part of every neuron I have. Be my breathing, be my speaking and seeing, be my hearing. May the flame of truth shine through my lips and enchant people with your truth spoken by the power of your Holy Spirit..

Lord, revive your work in me, help me to be a miracle in people's lives.. Help me to be a channel that preaches freedom to the captives. With this prayer of Freedom my greatest desire is May the Lord free me each day from everything that has kept me away from you.. Because I know, my eternal Father, that there is no way for me to advance in the Christian experience until I remove from my path everything that separates me from You.

The blood-stained path of Prince Emmanuel is a trail for all faithful followers, for all those who long for the eternal grace of Christ, who seek to live as he lived. I know that unlike Christ I will not be perfect, but I will give everything I am and have to you, because I trust in your saving grace.. It can transform my life and my heart day after day. It can touch the heart of a father, a mother, a brother, grandparents, cousins, friends, of all those who are on this earth.

Why not, Lord God, pray for those who persecute me, touch their hearts and help them recognize the freedom that the Lord gives to the captives. Help them recognize that the Lord restores and gives sight to the blind. The Prayer of Freedom is for everyone who believes and recognizes Jesus Christ as the only and sufficient Savior.. All this before this wonderful redemption of Jesus, in his name, this powerful name, of the Holy One, of the King of Glory. Amen!
