Judas (not Iscariot) said to him: Lord, where does it come from that you should manifest yourself to us, and not to the world?

Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.

Whoever does not love me does not keep my words; Now the word that you heard is not mine, but the Father's who sent me.
I have told you this, being with you.

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have said to you..

The Importance of the Gospel of the Day

As Christians, we place a high value on God’s Word. It is through belief in the Word of God that we are saved (Rm 10:17). The Word of God then becomes our guide for life in all circumstances, whether in employment, in social life or even in the family circle. Our aspiration should be to live by the Word of God.
