I place myself in your hands once again, O God, because I believe that only the Lord is capable of changing my life, helping me overcome anxiety and everything that plagues my spirit. Surely only the Lord can take my life and make it lean on you, the only source of refuge for life. I ask forgiveness, for any offense, for the sins of this day, even those I don't remember.

You who know the heart of the human being, know where the heart rests and that it needs you, as a faithful and fair guide. Christ, my faithful and righteous one, the one in whom I can put my trust told me to cast my anxiety on him. So this is what I do now, God. Your paternal care is infinitely over my life, so it is pleasant to be in your presence. How good it is, Lord, to know that I can cast my anxiety on Christ, to know that you take care of yours here on this earth.
May all the evil that is making me anxious come to be removed from my life. Help me, Lord God, not to live in anguish about life's problems and anticipate problems that often don't happen. Help me to trust in your arms of love and tenderness.
Take care Father, when I am suddenly in the darkest tides of this life, take care of me when everything seems to be lost, without ground. Visit my home and help me have more faith, overcome anxiety because Christ takes care of me. Enlivens my soul when I am a person consumed by anxiety and inconsistent in my actions.

I know, Lord, that the love spread by Christ throughout the entire being is a vitalizing power. Thus God, every vital organ, be it brain, heart and nerves, will be touched by you, transmitting healing. O God, help me to come to you and get healing from all my ills, whether physical, mental or spiritual. Free the person I have been praying for, free them from guilt, pain and anxiety. Come to all of us with your serenity and composure, implant in me a joy that no evil power is capable of destroying.
Take care of me every day and may my life have the Lord as its centerMay all uneasiness caused by someone who harms me be removed from me forever. Come and fully relieve my soul of any pit of dryness and help me to be a more confident person that the Lord can do everything that will be necessary in my life.
My prayer goes up to you, to relieve me of all the burden that causes me anxiety, I place myself in your hands at this moment so that I can obtain everything that is most precious for my life. O God, hear, O God, act, your will be done, by my beloved good Jesus who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen!
