E Jesus disse-lhes: Podem porventura os filhos das bodas jejuar enquanto está com eles o esposo? Enquanto têm consigo o esposo, não podem jejuar;
Mas dias virão em que lhes será tirado o esposo, e então jejuarão naqueles dias.
Ninguém deita remendo de pano novo em roupa velha; doutra sorte o mesmo remendo novo rompe o velho, e a rotura fica maior.
E ninguém deita vinho novo em odres velhos; doutra sorte, o vinho novo rompe os odres e entorna-se o vinho, e os odres estragam-se; o vinho novo deve ser deitado em odres novos“.

As Christians, we place a high value on God’s Word. It is through believing in the Word of God that we are saved (Rm 10;17). The Word of God then becomes our guide for life in all circumstances, whether in employment, in social life or even in the family circle. Our aspiration should be to live by the Word of God.
