He said: “In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared for man.

And there was a widow in that city who continually came to him, begging him, 'Give me justice against my adversary.'

“For some time he refused. But at last he said to himself, 'Though I fear not God nor care for men,
this widow is bothering me; I'm going to do her justice so she doesn't come and bother me' “.

And the Lord continued: “Listen to what the unjust judge says.
Will God not give justice to his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will you continue to make them wait?

I tell you: he will give them justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?.

The Importance of the Gospel of the Day

As Christians, we place a high value on God’s Word. It is through believing in the Word of God that we are saved (Rm 10;17). The Word of God then becomes our guide for life in all circumstances, whether in employment, in social life or even in the family circle. Our aspiration should be to live by the Word of God.
