Do not let, Lord, disappointments bring you down, or discouragement dominate you. Help them to face, with renewed courage, their responsibilities and to fulfill them in the best possible way. May they be firm and severe when necessary, without ceasing to be good. May they never lose themselves in impatience.
That I no notice, Lord, not your defects, but your qualities, and may I know not only to admire your good examples, but to imitate them.
Keep them, O God, in Your love. And may our family, now living together, under Your care and Your blessings, also live together in heaven. Amen“
