“Do not think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets: I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.

Adverts

For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle will pass from the law until all is fulfilled.

Whoever therefore violates one of these commandments, however small it may be, and teaches men in this way, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; But whoever does and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

For I say to you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Ye have heard that it was said unto them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; but whoever kills will be guilty of judgment.

But I tell you that whoever becomes angry with his brother without reason will be subject to judgment; and whoever says to his brother, Raca, will be guilty of the Sanhedrin; and whoever says to him, You are crazy, will be condemned to hell fire.

Therefore, if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go and be reconciled first with your brother, and then come and present your gift. your offer.

Make peace with your adversary quickly, while you are on the road with him, lest your adversary hand you over to the judge, and the judge hand you over to the officer, and they put you in prison.

Truly I tell you, you will never leave until you pay the last penny..

The Importance of the Gospel of the Day

As Christians, we place a high value on God’s Word. It is through belief in the Word of God that we are saved (Rm 10:17). The Word of God then becomes our guide for life in all circumstances, whether in employment, in social life or even in the family circle. Our aspiration should be to live by the Word of God.
